It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local laws in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this Website. By placing an order, you agree that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

2. Delivery, Payments & Shipping

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.All orders within the UAE are delivered within 2 - 5 business days excluding public holidays and weekends. Our delivery partner will contact you prior to the delivery to confirm availability.

Delivery charges (valid for one order delivered to one address only).

We will attempt to deliver your items on the date you specify. Our delivery partner will contact you on the day of delivery to ensure someone is available to receive your package. If our delivery partner is unable to deliver for any reason, our partner will contact you by telephone the following business day to arrange an alternative delivery date. You will be required to sign a delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Products or services are subject to availability. In the event that a product runs out of stock after we receive your order, we will contact you via the details provided at the time of placing anorder to advise you.

In case that incorrect contact details have been provided, redelivery will be charged.

Should an incorrect item be dispatched, please contact our customer service team for a pickup and/or replacement as needed. No delivery fee will be charged for this service.

All the Online Orders are tokenized while authorization and we may initiate MOTO transactions in case we identify the payments are not fully captured for the amount actually invoiced. In some cases, our customer executives will contact the customer if MOTO transaction gone failure and recapture of amount is needed for the fully delivered order.

3. Refund, Cancellation & Exchange policy

3.1 For defective items supplied from the manufacturer, you will be eligible for an exchange, refund, coupon or voucher if the item(s) is returned within 3 days from the date of delivery along with the e-payment confirmation.

3.2 Promotional items are strictly NOT refundable unless in the rare case of a manufacturing defect subject to the discretion of oasispharmacy.ae

3.3 Not with standing any laws or otherwise, no exchange or refund will be made for non-defective, correctly delivered products.

3.4 Pricing errors - Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors may occur in some cases. Where a pricing error occurs we will not be bound by the incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.

a) Exchange request for non-defective, correctly delivered products-(Discretion of oasispharmacy.ae) should be made within 3 days from the date of delivery and a pickup fee of 20 AED.

b) All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the originalaccessories (Product should be in its original condition) within 3 days from the date of delivery.

4. Coupon Codes

4.1 For one-time use only.

4.2 Code cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

4.3 The Coupon Codes are subject to change and is at the discretion of oasispharmacy.ae Management.

4.4 No cash, product, credit or other alternative will be provided as a substitute to the promo code.

4.5 Free shipping will not be applicable if order value goes below the value mentioned for free shipping upon applying the coupon code.

16. Credit/Debit Card Usage Terms

Please read the following terms of use and disclaimers carefully before using Credit/Debit Card:

All Credit Cards (Visa / Master) and Debit cards from the UAE are accepted.
Credit/Debit Cards used in placing orders through the online payment gateway facility on oasis pharmacy website or application must belong to the user. Otherwise, the user must attain the legal permission from the card owner to perform the transaction. oasis pharmacy is not liable in case of any fraud.
The customer is liable to pay cash on delivery to the driver in case of any "Special Request" or "General Request" which may require extra charges.
The customer order cancellation is limited to a maximum time of 5 minutes of placing the order.
The customer refund procedure might take seven working days from the day oasis pharmacy receives the complaint to process on the online payment gateway and then the customer has to follow up with his/her bank in case of any delay in crediting the amount that was previously paid by him/her against respective order back into his/her account. oasis pharmacy will send an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from online payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to cross check his/her bank transactions.
Customers using the online payment facility are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers.
If oasis pharmacy faces the inconvenience of a missing item, both parties (oasis pharmacy and customer) can agree on a substitute item. In any other case, the customer can cancel his/her order and place a new order via oasispharmacy.ae or the Apps. The full amount of his canceled order will be refunded to customer's wallet provided by oasis pharmacy which can be further transferred back to customer's respective bank account from the App.
The customer is entirely liable for placing an order using the Credit/Debit Cards facility after carefully reading all the terms & conditions.

17. Offers & Promotions

Offers are open to eligible customers based on specified criteria.
To avail the offer, customers must follow the specified instructions. Failure to do so may result in the offer being void.
Certain products, brands, or categories may be excluded from the promotion.
Offers are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity. The promotion may end early if the allocated stock is depleted.
Offers and promotions are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
oasis pharmacy reserves the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any given time without prior information.

18. Gift Vouchers

- Eligibility for Issuance:

Gift Vouchers are issued exclusively for in-store purchases amounting to AED 100 and above at selected oasis pharmacy retail stores.
A 15% value back voucher is provided for transactions below AED 200.
A 25% value back voucher is provided for transactions above AED 200.
Gift Vouchers are issued for every multiple of AED 100 spent in-store
Issuance is restricted to selected brands, products, medicines and participating retail stores.
Gift Vouchers are issued only on insurance orders from selected oasis pharmacy stores.
The vouchers are issued based on the Retail Sales Price (RSP) and not on any discounted prices resulting from promotions or ongoing store offers.
The maximum value back in Gift Vouchers is capped at AED 1000 per transaction.
Prepaid prescription orders placed online do not qualify for Gift Vouchers. Customers should use the “Upload Prescription” option to upload their prescription, allowing our dedicated team to create the order.
When a prescription contains two or more eRx, two distinct orders will be generated. Gift Vouchers will be issued based on the value of each individual order, not on the combined total of the two orders.

- Validity and Redemption:

Gift Vouchers are valid from the day after issuance and remain valid for 30 days.
Vouchers can only be redeemed at oasis pharmacy retail stores and are applicable to selected brands and products.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed on the Oasis App or website.
Each voucher can only be used once and any remaining balance after use will be forfeited.
Goods purchased using a voucher cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Goods purchased using a voucher is not eligible for warranty.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Vouchers cannot be transferred to another person or entity under any circumstances.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed partially; they must be used in full in a single transaction.
The validity period of 30 days cannot be extended and expired vouchers cannot be replaced.

- VAT and Taxation:

Gift Voucher issuance and redemption are VAT-exclusive.
The customer is liable to pay the VAT amount upon redemption of the voucher.

- Special Conditions:

Gift Vouchers will be cancelled if the order is returned or a credit note is issued.
Gift Vouchers cannot be issued for purchases made using a credit note.
Customers can view available Gift Vouchers on the oasis pharmacy app after signing up with their registered mobile number. The app is available for free on the iOS App Store and Android Play Store.
Gift Vouchers cannot be combined with any other vouchers (e.g., Sunshine or Nutripharm vouchers).
oasis pharmacy reserves the right to modify the Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
